Microsoft Open Days at FESB 2009
Microsoft Student Partners are organizing another great event. Second time this year, and short after Student Technology Day (read my report here), we are organizing Microsoft Open Days. The purpose of this event is to present Microsoft and it’s technologies to students, and explain them how can they use all benefits from Microsoft academic program. Microsoft Open Days will take place on Wednesday, April 29th, at Faculty of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and naval architecture (FESB), University of Split, classroom A4.
This is agenda:
12:15 – 13:00 Microsoft academic program
Marko Sever, Microsoft Croatia
13:15 – 14:00 Telecom services for 21st century
Marko Ladika, Croatian Telecom
14:15 – 15:00 Sync Framework
Ivan Šaškor, Microsoft MVP, Cygnus
Marko Matijevic, Cygnus
15:15 – 16:00 Live Meeting
Zeljka Knezovic, Microsoft MVP, ETTA
16:15 – 17:00 Principles of object oriented programming
Vladan Strigo, Microsoft MVP, Netmedia
I am very proud that 50% of the speakers are Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals
. We have all three MVPs from Split presenting at this event, and I think that’s cool. As you can see, I won’t be speaker this time, because tomorrow I’m going to Switzerland to visit CERN, and I’ll stay there till the end of the week. I’m little bit sad because I won’t be at this event, but I’m sure that other student parters will handle it
.
We have Facebook event already created (it’s in Croatian), so if you know anybody who lives near Split please tell him about this event
