TechEd Developers - I’ll be there

By Ilija | November 7, 2008 | Subscribe to RSS Feed

Every year Microsoft Croatia sends one student partner to Microsoft TechEd Developers conference. They do that to reward that student partner for being Microsoft student partner, and for helping Microsoft student partners program being better and more efficient. This year they decided to send ME to Barcelona. I was very suprised and happy when I heard that, because I am student partner for only one year, and I didn’t expect to be their choice for this year.

Tomorrow I am going to Zagreb (capital of Croatia), and on Sunday morning I am leaving to Barcelona. As you know, I am not developer, but I am very excited to visit Europe’s biggest IT conference, to attend some interesting lectures, to meet some IT guys from Croatia and other countries, to meet student partners from other countries, and to visit Barcelona.

I am very sad because of only one thing. FC Barcelona had a plan to play their Primera league match against Real Sociedad on Sunday, but they changed it to Saturday, so I want be able to watch them live :-( .
