      Hi Ian,

Thank you for all the blogs that you publish, they are good piece of Information.

However, i want to check if you know how to dump the Virtualmachine (Guest OS)in case it stops responding.

      Regards,
      Rajesh

      Hi Rajesh,
my name is Ilija, not Ian :-) .

I’m not sure that I completely understand your question. Which virtualization technology do you use and which guest OS is making you problems?

      Regards,
      Ilija

      Rajesh,

if you mean create a dump & debug, then the answer is use the windows debugging tools. They allow you to debug a physical install as well as a Hyper-V install (with parent and VMs).

      Cheers,
      Arno
