The day has finally come. I expected to see Windows Server 2008 R2 available to download at the same day as Windows 7, but Microsoft decided to make it available at today’s date. So, if you are MSDN or TechNet subscriber, you can now download Windows Server 2008 R2.

Thanks for updates! I really love working with Windows 2008. I currently have it running on a leased server through Server Intellect (Good host btw). I thought it was cool when the update came out we got the update that day. This update really added a lot of compliance features we needed. Anyways keep up the great work and thanks!
