Windows 7 beta download page
Today Microsoft will release Windows 7 beta (build 7000) as a public download. You can upgrade Vista SP1 to Windows 7 beta (upgrading from Windows XP to Windows 7 is not supported), or you can choose clean install. If you choose to upgrade, BACK UP YOUR SYSTEM!!! Just in case, this is beta.
